Samobor Day Hike

Do it just as local people do! Private hiking day tour to Samobor and to mountain and Nature Park Žumberak. From a crowded city in one hour, you will be in green and peaceful mountain to enjoy your relaxation in the nature. If you are lucky, you can even see a rabbit or a deer.
Samobor, with the beautiful historical centre also hides the refreshing nature of Samoborsko gorje - Žumberak, which will be the destination of this tour. Žumberak is a Nature Park, which attracts many people from Samobor and Zagreb, and they see it as a place where they can escape from the city crowd, summer heats and winter fog. Samobor is popular city near Zagreb to have a walk, sip a coffe and taste famous kremšnita (cream cake) in one of its cute patisseries.

Tour starts at 8:30 with private transfer from your accommodation (Zagreb/Samobor city) to starting point of hike. Transfer is done in comfortable air-conditioned private vehicle.The higher in the mountain the trail goes, the nature is more wild and green. On the highest point of trail awaits typical mountain lodge, where we stop for a break. On weekends we have lunch in mountain hut at the top, and on weekdays picnic lunch in front. Lunch is homemade tasty Croatian food, that can give you an inside view of continental cuisine of Croatia. After short rest, we transfer to Samobor, find suitable patisserie to taste kremšnita or just to sip a coffe. Late afternoon transfer to Zagreb.
